Schoolboy sex fiend locks teacher in classroom

A BOY of 14 trapped his teacher in a room and laughed as he sexually assaulted her.

Staff fought their way into the computer room and pulled their “distressed and terrified” colleague to safety, a court heard yesterday.

Karl Scholz, prosecuting, said the boy had “closed the door and snapped the latch shut” before carrying out “a serious sexual assault” while staff outside could hear the teacher’s screams and the boy laughing.

When they got in she was “very distressed” and looked “terrified”.

“It was a terrifying experience for a woman who was only there to try and help you.”

Mold Crown Court heard the teacher had been unable to work since the horrific attack at the 700-pupil school in north Wales.

The boy, who cannot be named, had convictions for two sexual assaults and was on bail for a third.

Judge Greg Bull QC told him: “It was a terrifying experience for a woman who was only there to try and help you.”

He was given four years’ youth detention, and placed on the sex offenders’ register for life.
